Privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
At Scanblia we take care of your data. Here we explain, plainly, what we keep when you sign up on this page, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Scanblia. For any question about your information, write to scanblia@gmail.com.
What we keep
When you fill in the form we keep:
- your name, email address and the country you choose;
- your WhatsApp number, if you leave it (it is optional), to let you know about Scanblia news;
- the message you write to us in the form, if you do;
- the language of the page, the date and how you found us (for example, the QR code in the booklet or a link shared on WhatsApp);
- the approximate country you connect from.
We do not keep your IP address. To protect against automated sign-ups we use Turnstile, a Cloudflare check that analyzes technical data from your connection at that moment, without asking you anything.
What we use it for
- to send you the early access link, if you sign up by October 30;
- to let you know when Scanblia launches;
- to send you Scanblia news on WhatsApp, if you left us your number;
- to read the ideas and suggestions you leave us;
- to understand, overall, how people hear about us.
We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not sell it or share it with anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by checking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
With Cloudflare, which hosts this page and its database. Its servers may be outside your country; Cloudflare applies the safeguards that data protection laws require for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it. If you do not create a Scanblia account, we delete it no later than one year after launch.
Your rights
You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, or stop receiving our emails. Write to scanblia@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
In your browser
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The page only stores in your browser the language you chose and how you arrived, so that your sign-up records it.
Minors
If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to help you sign up.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will say so on this page, with the date of the last update.
